NYC APARTMENT TOUR 🌃

I love living in New York City 🌆🚕🗽

I recently moved to the East Village & our new apartment is such an upgrade from our last one!! It’s still a little more snug than apartments outside of Manhattan, but we have enough space in our living room for a couch & it feels like a HUGE improvement.

The best part of our apartment is having an in-unit washer/dryer. This is pretty unusual for Manhattan, so we reaaaally lucked out here. That & our full size dishwasher.

We’re on the 4th floor of a pre-war building. We also have a full patio behind our building! I love this part- it’s such a cute area for hanging out, especially at night with the strung lights.

I currently live with two roommates, which helps SO much with rent. I am now saving $400 per month living here than in my last apartment when I only had one roommate. Not to mention how much more space I have now!

Excited for the next year in this apartment!!
