If you are around Seongsu or Sinsa/Gangnam, please please please visit this salt bread bakery!!!! They have 5 outlets so see whichever nearer to you.
It’s sooooo amazing, the bread is crispy and soooo buttery!!
Most of the time they have a queue but turnover is quite fast.
First you have to order via the machine, then take the receipt and queue at the other side to collect. They continuously have a crowd, so the bread is always fresh!
Can you imagine the bread, it’s warm, fresh, crispy not flaky like croissant but more chewy slightly fluffy. If you are thinking of visiting Ikseondong’s Soha Salt bread, I think you can skip, my first time there I was so disappointed. Not even impressive.
I honestly think, Singapore’s Breadtalk salt bread is quite good too! Not all Breadtalk has it, I remember last time Vivocity’s and Ion’s Breadtalk has it. Go discover!!
