Hi Lemon8 🍋

In this post, I'm gonna spill the beans on some awesome snacks I had during my journey. They were like a total lifesaver whenever I had those snacking urges. 💪🏻

They're still in the concept of being somewhat clean and healthy, but surprisingly satisfying enough to conquer my cravings.😬

𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 🍞

The staple in my diet. I eat this as a snack but it is also one of the main things I eat for breakfast as well. It is filling and there is some sweetness from the Banana and the small bits of chocolate that I add in.

I’ve explored different types of recipes with lemon and blueberries, greek yoghurt, but my favorite was still the simple banana oatmeal bread.

𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐬 🍫

I love chocolate and I was craving it so much. So I found ways to satisfy those cravings by finding clean recipes for brownies, chocolate balls and truffles. But don't be fooled by the whole "clean and healthy" thing. Remember, it's all about moderation when devouring these goodies.

𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬 & 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 🍊

When it comes to my daily snack routine, I rely on low-calorie fruits for that voluminous satisfaction. Almonds and egg whites also make the cut.

Sometimes, I get adventurous and experiment with wraps, baking them with a cheesy topping. It's a fantastic nacho alternative that hits the spot! 🫓

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓

❗️All food has minimal to no seasoning. Back then I had a big appetite, so everything tasted good to me

❗️Once you've been accustomed to eating bland food for a while, your taste buds undergo an adjustment. As a result, regular food might seem excessively strong in flavor.

❗️I consumed food primarily for nourishment and to fulfill nutritional needs, rather than for the purpose of indulging in pleasurable eating experiences.

❗️I was very strict with my diet and my intermittent fasting period

❗️I followed a low carb & fat, high protein & fiber diet

❗️I was only able to achieve my goal this fast because I ate 1200-1400 kcal per day and had calorie deficit.

❗️I had a lot of time on hand to prep my meals and focus on my workouts - it was the only thing that I was doing during that period

❗️This weight loss could be a bit extreme for normal circumstances. I advice you to take it slow, even if it will take longer but as long as you are consistent, you will reach your goal.

This is gonna be my last post about the food I enjoyed during my weight loss journey.
