After four intense years as a TV host and reporter, I began to experience a deep burnout that affected every aspect of my life. What started as minor irritations soon evolved into a profound crisis that left me questioning my choices, straining my relationships, and feeling disconnected from my own experiences. During this difficult period, I discovered yoga and mindfulness practices, which became transformative tools in my journey. Through these practices, I began to understand myself on a deeper level, observe my patterns and limiting beliefs, and rewire my mind to approach life differently. As I started questioning traditional ways of living and working, I found myself reconnecting with what truly mattered.

Ultimately, I decided to quit my job—a position many people dream of having, with all its perks of being on TV, receiving sponsorships, free products, event invitations, VIP treatment, and travel opportunities. Stepping away from this lifestyle, I chose instead to pursue a path of self-discovery. This journey taught me to live with more intention and purpose, honoring my body, emotions, and life experiences, and brought me closer to a sense of joy, acceptance, and clarity about what I truly wanted in life by listening to my heart.
