Weight Check!

I am currently on my third box of #zepbound 2.5

My time in between shots vary between 7 days and 10/11 days. Today was box 3 shot 2 and I weighed in at 156 (for some reason I wrote 157). So I’ve lost 25 lbs in about 2 months. Most of my weight loss has been in the first month so I’m unsure if I should be looking to increase my dosage or not. I did gain weight but that first increase I was a week before my period and I had a lot of water retention so I’m discounting that. The second increase I have no idea why especially because I ate like nothing that week, I also didn’t hit my protein goals though but I’m unsure of why I’d gain.
