♥️ Get Outside More - at least 30 minutes a day (weather permitting)

♥️ Clean My Face Before Bed - it takes a few extra minutes & you’ll feel better for it

♥️Wear The Perfume - even if it’s just you at home all day

♥️Drink More Water - you know you do this well when you try

♥️SPF - even on gloomy winter days

♥️Wear The Pretty PJ’s - you know they make you feel more confident, plus they’re just as comfy

♥️Read More - 2 books in January, let’s do 4 for February

♥️Be In The Moment - you can never get yesterday back, enjoy the now!
