Are you sleeping on turkey?

Let’s be honest most of us just think about a turkey sandwich with some bread 🍞 we got from the store and some turkey deli meat..

But have you ever thought about smoking a Turkey? 🦃

Sure you can bake it in the oven like it’s Thanksgiving, but you lose a majority of its flavor and juiciness.

For this Turkey in particular we used our big green egg! We were able to smoke it, enjoy it for dinner and have left overs for lunches and dinners!!

So next time you think that there is only one or two ways to really eat/cook turkey… Try this one instead!
