First night home with a newborn

Your first night home is always scary, intimidating and overwhelming. Having a partner to help is great, but if you are the SAHM then most of the time it’s you all night.

Our tips for helping eachother put, we take turns.

1. Mom gets sleep from 7pm- 12am

Dad gets sleep from 12am- 5am or whenever he goes to work, Sometimes this flexes!

2. When baby cry’s and you miss your turn, we don’t get mad. We help each other out and feed baby.

3. We always tell each other if there is something wrong or going on incase you are overwhelmed.
