Incorporating these 5 simple habits into your life will change a lot.

1. Journaling: at this point, I’m preaching about this. It can do so much for such a little time. It will increase self awareness and you’ll understand your emotions more. If you especially struggle with overthinking then you might want to give this a shot.

2. Movement: it doesn’t matter how long or how intense it is, just dedicate some time to move your body. It can be yoga, Pilates, walk, run, stretching before bed or even my personal favorite; dance!

3. Kindness: I see many people confuse confidence with being rude or dismissive when it is not. Smile at strangers, treat people like how you want to be treated and be giving.

4. Self Improvement: constantly trying to change yourself for the better and working on your self image is the epitome of a classy woman habit. There is always a room for improvement and focusing on the process rather than the goal will help you achieve that.

5. Detachment: it does NOT mean you stop caring or you become some cold hearted person. Detachment is when you let go the need of controlling everything or attaching yourself to outcomes.

Master the thought “it is what it is”. You cannot control many things in life and that includes; other’s opinions, the past, and in a way your future too. Detachment helps you ground yourself to your present which gives you unimaginably beautiful aura.
