Crispy brussel sprouts 💥

No more soggy brussel sprouts! Say hello to these Crispy Smashed Brussel Sprouts! 🔥🔥

They are so easy to make, crispy, flavorful AND the best part is - they are air fried so no excess oil!

Ingredients:

🔸bag of brussel sprouts

🔸2 tbs balsamic vinegar

🔸1 tbs date syrup (I used @dvashorganics )

🔸1 tsp minced garlic

🔸cooking spray

🔸salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the brussel sprouts for about 10-12 minutes. Make your glaze by mixing balsamic vinegar, date syrup, garlic, slat and pepper. Once sprouts are cooked - let the fun begin and SMASH. Pour over you glaze and put in the airfier for 15 min at 400 degrees to make them extra crispy. Enjoy!
