Sharing my thoughts on Umai Artisanal Udon Bar!

Went to this japanese restaurant with my friends yesterday and we ordered a few of their udon dishes!

The goods ✅: Their tater tots were really good, we ordered another serving after finishing the first. Their udons are really smooth, and they were quite generous with the amount of meat for the carbonaras that we got as well!

The bads ❌: Their portion size! If you are a bigger eater, one bowl is definitely not enough..

💰 $$: most of their mains (including both udon and rice bowls) average about $18 and their sides/small plates $12.

🤔Would go again?: Honestly, despite the small portion for the mains, i’ll definitely have a go at Umai again! I’d want to try their bowls as well on my next visit and maybe their flat noodle too!
