Accessible via Bugis MRT, Exit F, leading to Guoco Midtown via an underpass.

โจThe udon noodles were ๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป. Itโs chewy and springy, giving a nice bite. Cooked al dente and has just the right firmness.
๐ค Ebi Mayonnaise (7.5/10): Creamy with a good texture, still crunchy even after some time. Had a slight floral end note which was quite interesting! ๐ค
๐ Miso Carbonara Sanuk (8/10): Pork slab was so tender, nicely charred with a balanced ratio of fats and meat that melts in your mouth ๐คค. However, it can be a little too fatty for some people. The sauce was very creamy and ham taste was slightly strong. Kinda reminds me of a ham, egg & cheese sandwich ๐ฅช. I recommend having it as a sharing dish as it might get quite jelat/heavy.
๐ถ๏ธ Spicy Miso Carbonara Sanuk (7/10): Underwhelming as it tasted like samyang carbonara ๐ญ. Recommend just getting the non spicy one.
๐ Yakibuta Ton.Hippari (6.5/10): Pork was the same as the carbonara. Taste-wise, it reminds me of a typical Chinese soup noodle or pho, lacking distinctiveness.
๐ Niku Sukiyaki Sanuki (6/10): Cold udon with a mediocre flavour, similar to cold soba noodles. Udonโs texture made it more enjoyable. Overall taste is quite light and forgettable ๐ฌ
Overall: I might consider having it again if Iโm nearby, but itโs definitely OVERHYPE and not worth a 1 hr wait. Not really worth for the price tbh (portion quite small) ๐ธ๐ธ. However, I can only speak for the dishes I tried. Do try out the other dishes as well! Do make reservations if uโre planning to go!!
