Hii everyone! These 15 days, i’m going to share my progress in living healthier life, both physically & mentally. I’m also going to share tips i use to succeed in this journey for you all🤍
HOW I MAINTAIN MY BODY SHAPE✨
1. EXERCISING
I’ve been going to the gym 4-5 times a week for 1-2 hours per day. If you don’t have time to go to the gym, go for a morning jog or walk more often.
Simple steps like choosing stairs over escalator at the airport helps keep your body moving✨
2. WAIST TRAINING
Corset for waist training helps shape your waist and also makes you eat less✨ Besides that, wearing corset also helps to achive better posture!
I’ve been wearing corset during my daytime activity, affects on me :
-Eating less food
-Better posture especially when sitting down. It helps me to sit straight.
