SPECIFICALLY Morning menus (what i started with and what I recommend starting with) changed my life
HOW I MAKE MY MENUS:
I personally do watercolor, but you can make them on your notes app!
FOR THE MORNING AND NIGHT MENUS, pick 3-5 things you genuinely ENJOY, and 3-5 things the the BEST version of you does!
FOR THE CLEANING MENU: Add every chore that needs to get done! I add a little section to remind me what I do daily.
FOR THE WORKOUT MENU: add high energy options, lazy day options (I like walks and youtube workouts) out door options, classes, and social things (I picked pickle ball for mine!)
HOW TO USE THEM:
For morning and night: when using them, pick 3 THINGS. thats your routine for the day! I’ve definitely had days when I end up doing more. It’s so fun!
cleaning and workout menus: pick 1 a day- that’s it!
for seasonal menus: whip it out any time you have free time! And feel free to turn it into plans with friends!
WHERE I PLACE THEM:
morning- on the wall by my bed! (nightstand works too). I want to be able to see them while in bed, that way i get excited to do something and that gets me out of bed!
night- by my closet. when i’m changing into comfy close, i see it
workout- by my closet. I see it when I’m changing
cleaning- in my kitchen, that’s the place i have to clean the most-LOL.
seasonal- on my desk! it’s weirdly motivating to have cute things to look forward to!
