Honestly if you’re not ready to own up to your own shit, this book isn’t for you. It’s going to call you out, you’re going to think of others, you’re going to remember things from the past; make even take on mini shadow work task in between. 📚

I read this book for my virtual book club: self help was one of the genre; for conversations with strangers it’s not a good book but personal, yes! All the way go read it! — with that being said; self help will not be repeated.

I recommend this to anyone trying to understand how and when self sabotage happens.
