👍Pros: The author's tone is empowering, not shaming at all like other "self help" books I've read. The advice given is simple and easily digestible, which I appreciate bc I sometimes tune out lots of big words. The book offers small practical steps that are accessible to literally anyone who wants to improve their outlook and life. I will be re-listening to this book for awhile 🙌🏻

🤔Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that it ended 😭
