🙅🏻‍♀️Poor posture can have an adverse impact on energy levels, resulting in weariness. Good body posture, on the other hand, can assist an individual to stay engaged and active.

Here is an exercise to improve that bad posture:

1️⃣ Squeeze the double chin until it meets the collarbone. Do not lower the head. Straighten the back, sink the shoulders, and feel the back of the neck extended.

2️⃣ Raise the chin and extend toward the ceiling, straighten the back, sink the shoulders, and relax the front of the neck. This movement is generally followed by merely bowing the head back. Feel the neck lengthening first, then the back. Always keep stretching.

3️⃣ On the basis of the second method, stretch the head obliquely forward and swing left and right to relax the sternocleidomastoid muscle (a connected shallow muscle on the front of the neck.)

4️⃣ This movement can usually relieve the soreness of the trapezius muscle (a big trapezoid-shaped anterior back muscle.) To deepen the sensation, keep the body in a neutral position, lightly grab the opposite ear with one hand, and slightly bend the head on the side of the extended hand.
