As a night shift girlie, it takes ALOT for me to sleep. So far this is what has worked 👇

🤎 Shower. Dr Teals Body Wash/lotion

- Hemp, chamomile, or lavender. All promote relaxation

🤎 Wind Down

- Try to avoid using electronics in bed. You can watch your favorite comfort show while you wind down but once in bed switch to something like a book, journaling, etc. Electronics promote brain stimulation that keeps you from falling asleep.

🤎 Sleepy Time Tea

- Perfect way to relax and get in some self care. I usually drink it during my wind down time.

🤎Set The Mood

- Lights off or as low as possible, Thick warm comforter, Cool Room and I personally have to have a fan. Gives a white noise feeling and is just so comfy when under the warm blanket. Use an eye mask to block out excess light and keep your eyes steady.

🤎 Melatonin spray

- I spray this on my pillows and sheets 30 mins prior to going to bed to let the smell dissipate some but it works like a charm and smells so good.
