This will warm up your entire body which will overall prevent your body against injury because your adrenaline has increased. It’ll also help you to increase intensity during your workout.
Dynamic stretches are another way of warming up your muscles.
Activations are important for the same reasons and so you can FEEL the exact spots you want to activate during your lift.
