The Only Item You Need During Labor

A hair comb is the only item I made sure I had with me during my labor and delivery.

This was my 3rd time delivering, but the 1st time I used a comb to help with contractions. All I have to say is that I wish I would have known about this for the other two deliveries!!!

All you do is squeeze the comb any time you feel a contraction coming. The teeth of the comb will apply pressure to a pressure point in your palm, easing the pain of the contraction.

I made it all the way to 10cm using this comb before the contractions became painful enough for me to begin grunting/moaning through them.

This was such a cheap and effective way to ease the pain while laboring and it is something I’m going to start gifting to my pregnant friends. That’s how amazing it was!!
