Pancake oatmeal muffins

Yes, the secret is out. Sometimes I’m a lazy mom! 😱

But these pancake muffins should get a pass.

👩🏻‍🍳 Recipe:

* I measure with my heart… everytime*

• Pancake mix

• Instant oatmeal fruit and cream

• Water

1. Mix it all in a bowl. You want the consistency to be thinner than normal pancake batter because the oatmeal will absorb some of the liquid.

2. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 mins, depending on your muffin pan size.

3. Let cool and enjoy! 😋

This is perfect for a snack or quick breakfast on the go!
