Oatmeal Pancake Mix Muffins

Saw another mom on here post the recipe for these and decided to make them, they were a hit with the entire family but especially my toddler💙

I used 2 cups of pancake mix, 2 packets of instant oatmeal and roughly 1 1/2 cups of water or enough water until just a little more watery than normal pancake batter

bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes
