I can’t do this any longer

Pregnancy is a joke. In the last trimester your body is basically preparing you for the first newborn nights, where you will frequently be waking up anyways to care for that fresh new human you just made.

After that, some babies are lucky to their parents and sleep the whole night early on.

My baby is not one of those and he is approaching his first completed year of life. In the past year he has not slept more than maybe 4 hours consecutively. Which means I have not slept more than 4 hours consecutively.

This momma is tired, I’m exhausted. I’m alone and doing this all by myself. Raising this baby takes everything from me and I have been running on low battery since the beginning.

When will he sleep? I need to sleep. I need help so I can sleep. I don’t know if I can go much longer.
