One way that helped me lose weight

- I’ve been using the #yukaapp on my most recent shopping trips. It tells you where the food is on the health scale and it’s been a huge eye opener! It breaks down the sodium, sugar, additives etc and even suggests the healthy version of your favorite snacks. I love this app! Even though eating healthy can be a bit costly, at least with YUKA I can determine the lesser of evils, lol. 😝
