Rosa’s Canteen is a modern italian place overlooking the city views of Little Bourke Street. They serve up traditional, wholesome Italian cuisine with a lean towards Sicilian dishes. Giving a comfortable dining experience packed full of flavour for all their customers 🥰

The staff here are super friendly and accomodating! They even help you place lap cloths and are extremely attentive when it comes to water refills. Once you've ordered your dishes, you will immediately be served with a plate of bread which is MY FAVOURITE starter 🤍 (I recommend asking for salted butter to pair alongside your bread)

🍝 Gnocchi alla romana

The gnocchi was soooooo good paired with the earthy mushrooms and cheesy crust 😗 They really know how to make a good gnocchi!!!! Highly rec trying 🥰

🍝Paccheri w mussels, potato & saffron

Price: $35 AUD

This paccheri was a perfect mix of potato and seafood flavours !! The oil gripping onto the pasta made it soooo addictive and defo am biased to this because I love oil based pastas hehe 😙

Apart from mains, Rosa's Canteen also serves up delicious desserts to end off your meal. I had the cannolo which had the most nuttiest pistachios paired with creamy vanilla creme everrr!! The pastry was flaky and went AMAZING along with the rich vanilla cream and pistachio bits 🥰🥰
