🇬🇧 Padella 🍝

Padella is known to be one of the must try pasta stops told by my cousin! 😲 As a pasta lover, i had to try it… We went there twice and finally tried it the second time we were there. This place has super long queues and you have to scan the QR code to place a reservation and the slot tends to get filled up pretty quick!

Every pasta you see is handmade and it’s an open kitchen concept so it’s cooked right in front of you! So you get a good view of the kitchen and the chefs cooking 🧑‍🍳

We ordered a total of 3 pastas and all were amazing!! We went for the Pici cacio pepe, Tagliarini with dry chilli, garlic and pangrattato and lastly the Pappadelle with Beef Shin Ragu.

Signature Pici cacio pepe was a must order and it was a pretty simple looking dish but packed with a punch! the chewy pici comes packed with a peppery sauce and strong cheese flavour. this was my favourite and i’m still thinking about it 😭

Tagliarini with dry chilli, garlic and pangrattato was amazing and the noodles texture was really thin and could get all the sauces easily. the sauces was a little sour and spicy but wasn’t too spicy for us. the crispy garlic was the winner in this dish! the extra crunch in the garlic elevated the whole dish and brought it to another level. 😬

Pappadelle with Beef Shin Ragu was amazing and the beef was so tender and feels like it was being stewed for 16 hours 😭 the texture of the noodles was more like a thicker banmian but the noodles was really a winner !!! 👑 the sauce use was super well seasoned and paired with the beef 🥩 overall you really have to try this dish for yourself!!

Padella pasta dishes are really simple yet delicious and makes me want to come back for more and more 😭 i can never get over this ever
