A way that I #lovemyself is to keep my body fit and healthy through different forms of exercise!

Exercise can come from many different ways such as intensive workouts (running, swimming, sports), light workout that prioritises your mind & body (yoga, pilates, barre) or even just walking up the stairs to work 🤓

It's always great to find a form of exercise you enjoy doing by trying out the different types of classes. I use Classpass which is a great app to help you discover the many types of fitness classes near you. Perhaps I'll dive into further details of the app in another post since there are so many great things about this app 😆

I discovered Absolute Cycle through the app and decided to book my first spin class with them in their Downtown Gallery branch. Here is my honest review on Absolute Cycle (Downtown Gallery).

🚴🏻‍♀️ Cleanliness: 9/10

The toilet is clean with individual shower stalls for you to wash up after lessons. The studio itself is also very clean and spotless! Doesn't stink up after each lesson so thats a def plus point 👍🏻

🚴🏻‍♀️ Staff: 10/10

The statf were all so welcoming and friendly! The energy of the studio felt really warm and you will not feel like a stranger at all if your turn up there alone. They even gave me a hair tie which I appreciated sooo much 😗

🚴🏻‍♀️ Facilities: 8/10

They have secured locker spaces to help keep your belongings safely and different after-care products such as makeup cleansers, hair oils, body lotion, deodorant. I would really prefer if the showers had doors instead of curtains for a stronger sense of privacy! 😵‍💫

🚴🏻‍♀️ Vibes: 9/10

Lesson was soooo fun with my instructor, Jean! She ensures that the class stays upbeat and lively through the 60 minutes session. It was REALLY exhausting however she makes sure that the energy level of the class hypes you up and motivates you to push on together 🫶🏻

Overall, great class, great people, greater vibes !! I would 100% recommend this branch and am looking forward to reviewing their other branches 😇
