Today was definitely one of those days, I slept in so I couldn’t do my morning workout 😭 I have to be strategic with my timing! I made it work though, one workout right after work (storm and all 🙄) and some stretching right before bed.
If 75 hard has thought me ANYTHING (besides the fact I really need a Tequila Soda) it’s time management😂.
How Today Went:
Breakfast 🍳 : I’ll be late as hell to work as long as I eat idc😂
Macros: Sourghdough 101g 247cals 8.2g protein
Avocado 37g 59cals
2 eggs: 143cals 12.6g protein
*Very carb heavy but I need that for energy throughout the day!*
Workout 1 🏋️♀️: FULL BODY LIFT:
LOWERBODY
1. Hip thrust w/pulse SUPERSET with RDL 3 sets 10-12reps (use moderate weight, not too heavy)
2. Glute Step-Ups 4 sets 8 reps
UPPERBODY (I use my body weight for most upper body exercises to avoid a bulky upper body)
AMRAP pull ups
Back row with barbell 3 sets 12 reps
Push ups 3 sets 12 reps
