What I eat as a vegetarian! (Fast food edition)

Hello again! As a vegetarian it’s sometimes hard to eat out. Especially at large chain restaurants. It’s coming more popular. Some restaurants have adapted to having veggie options!

Mcdonald’s is really hard to eat at as a vegetarian. They have no meatless options really. The only thing that is meatless are their french fries, apple slices and deserts. When I am craving mcdonald’s, I ask for a big mac with no meat. It’s bread, cheese, lettuce and sauce. It’s quite yummy just not the best option.

Wendy’s has some meatless options but not many. I usually get the summer strawberry salad when they have it in stock. (usually only in the summer is when they have it) If they don’t have it, i’ll get the cheese fries.

Chick-fil-a is another hard one to eat because it’s based on chicken. I also usually only eat there breakfast. I get the chicken minis and remove the chicken nuggets, and replace them with hashbrowns. ITS SO GOOD! Also pour some honey over the top. So good.

Taco bell is my favorite for veggie options. You can take any of their menu items and replace them with beans or potatoes! Each combination is super delicious. And the food is really not expensive!

Subway is decent. you can really customize any sandwich to have no meat, any sauce and any veggies. They also have salads!
