Easy meal prep for the busy week!

Total time: 50mins - 1hr

Ingredients:

- Bell peppers x3

- Eggs x5-7

- Tomatoes

- Bacon bits

- Salt and Pepper

- Parsley

- Garlic and herb seasoning

- Any other omelet ingredient

- Shredded cheese (Of you want)

1) Pre-heat oven 375*

2) Cut 3 Bell Peppers 🫑 in half

(I dice up the 6th half cause I’m only prepping for 5days)

3) Put eggs (5-7) in a bowl and add any omelet ingredients you want. I do tomato, parsley, bacon bits, and seasoning.

4) Mix together throughly

5) Pour into peppers. (Sprinkle on cheese if you like)

6) Cook for 40-50 minutes it depends on the thickness of the pepper.

7) Test with toothpick. If the toothpick isn’t gooey it’s good!

8) Pack up and store in fridge.

9) Microwave in the morning for 1 minute and enjoy!
