- 1/2 avocado

- 1 tbs plain organic hummus

- 1 tbs vegan tzatziki (Trader Joe’s)

Green Goddess Shrimp Salad

- 12 shrimp

- 1/2 cucumber

- handful of cherry tomatoes

- 1 cup roasted rainbow cauliflower (Trader Joe’s)

- green goddess salad dressing (Trader Joe’s)
