I was always scared of fasting, I’ve been on a calorie deficit (on & off) for about 3 years now and I hear bad things about fasting since it leads to unhealthy disorders depending on the person, but this has been the BEST thing i’ve ever done. I fast from 8pm-10am and i’ve lost about 10 pounds my 2 months of fasting it’s definitely been so amazing.
