Don’t be afraid to email your professors for help!

I have this big fear of rejection, I am very sensitive to rejection whether I react to it or not.

Ever since I was younger, the pressures of education and doing well were always there and surrounded by shame if I did poorly.

I was afraid to reach out for help because I did not want to look stupid.

I was always afraid to reach out and realized how this was negatively affecting me and my education.

For the last two years I’ve finally taken initiative and am speaking out for myself and for when I need help.

I just wanted to share how you can reach out to your teachers or professors for extra help, whether you are struggling with class or are experiencing current health issues that is interfering with your in class attendance.
