How to make Scallion Pancake Omelette?
Ingredients:
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• Optional: Soy sauce or dipping sauce for serving
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Eggs:
• Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until fully mixed.
• Add the chopped scallions, a pinch of salt, and pepper to the eggs. Stir to combine.
2. Heat the Pan:
• Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the Omelette:
• Pour the egg mixture into the heated skillet.
• Tilt the pan to spread the eggs evenly. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.
4. Flip and Cook:
