How to make Mango Lassi?
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe mangoes (or 1 cup of mango pulp)
• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2-3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
• Ice cubes (optional)
• Crushed pistachios, mint leaves, and a slice of mango for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mangoes: Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces. If using canned mango pulp, skip this step.
2. Blend: In a blender, add the chopped mangoes (or mango pulp), yogurt, milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
3. Add Cardamom: If using, add the cardamom powder and blend again.
4. Serve: Pour the mango lassi into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
5. Garnish: Top with crushed pistachios, mint leaves, and a slice of mango on the rim.
