How to make Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs?

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs pork ribs

- 1 tablespoon coarse salt

- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Sliced green onions (for garnish)

- Soy sauce (for dipping)

Instructions:

1. Preparation: Cut the pork ribs into individual pieces.

2. Seasoning: In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

3. Cooking: Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the ribs and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
