How to make Curry Beef Noodles?
Ingredients:
• Beef: 500g (1.1 lbs), thinly sliced
• Noodles: 400g (14 oz), any thick noodle like udon or flat rice noodles
• Curry Paste: 3 tablespoons, Thai red or massaman curry paste works well
• Coconut Milk: 400 ml (about 1 can)
• Beef Broth: 500 ml (about 2 cups)
• Onion: 1 large, sliced
• Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
• Ginger: 2 cm piece, minced
• Carrot: 1 large, sliced
• Bell Pepper: 1, sliced
• Oil: For cooking
• Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
• Fish Sauce: 1 tablespoon (optional)
• Brown Sugar: 1 tablespoon
• Green Onions and Sesame Seeds: For garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
• Slice the beef into thin strips.
• Prepare your onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, and bell pepper by slicing or mincing as appropriate.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
• Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
• Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
3. Cook the Beef:
• Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef to the pot.
• Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
4. Add Curry Paste:
• Stir in the curry paste and cook for about 2 minutes until aromatic.
