ive been journaling for almost 3 years now and its a hobby i have stayed with the LONGEST🤍 and i dont ever want to stop😌 its truly super therapeutic and enjoyable as i just stick and write down my thoughts🙌🏻 this definitely helps to clear my mind :D

🍵 “what if i dont have time to journal?”

i get that most of us may have very busy lives and we may not be able to decorate our journal spreads but this is not necessary! i decorate my spreads because i like my journals to look pretty but the main point of journaling is to allow u to jot down your thoughts and relieve stress🤍✨and you will always have a copy of what you did before and how you felt😌

🍵 you can just start by grabbing a notebook and a pen! It is seriously that simple😌 you dont have to decorate it if you dont want to :-) or you could write it down digitally! (eg, in a diary app or a digital notebook) its honestly really fun reading through my old diary entries and see how much ive improved since 3 years ago🥹 you will definitely feel a sense of accomplishment 🤍✨ and journaling down little details in life can truly allow you to better appreciate all the small moments in life and be grateful 🙌🏻
