sleeeeeepytime sorbet πππ if you've seen the sleepy time mocktail on tik tok then you know cherries are good for sleep buuuut we needed an actual dessert version and this sorbet is IT
Sorbet ingredients:
-1 cup frozen cherries
-1 cup frozen raspberries
-1 tbsp honey
-1/2 cup- 1 cup ish non-dairy milk of choice (love cashew milk for this it's so thick and creamy π«Άπ»)
-optional: tart cherry juice or magnesium/ashwaganda for added calming!
Dark chocolate shell:
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-optional flakey sea salt + cherry for serving!
Directions:
1. Add the sorbet ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Start with 1/2 cup milk and then if you need more liquid, add a little at a time so the sorbet stays thick!
2. Add the sorbet to a tupperware or bowl and put in the freezer for 30 ish minutes so it's more of a sorbet texture vs smoothie.
3. When you're ready to serve the sorbet, microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil for 30 seconds to a minute until chocolate is melted. Mix around and then add to the sorbet. Top with a little flakey sea salt and ENJOYYYYYYY π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°
