I swear to god, finding ways to get excited about being in bed early changes EVERYTHING. You wake up naturally at 5 am full of energy, you feel confident and ahead- and that trickles in to EVERY area of your life. So heres how I do it:

1. Making a night menu. If it's going to be consistent, it needs to release happy chemicals (your pleasure/reward center) in your brain. That's where a night menu comes in. Make your own menu, and pick 3 things (or more, or less) that you WANT to do at night and that the best version of you does. This will help you wind down AND look forward to bed time!

2. Hot baths with magnesium chloride flakes- this is especially helpful if your moving your sleep time earlier! I don't do this every night, just 2-3 nights a week because it has MAJOR detox benefits (more on that later!)

3. L-Theanine and Magtein- the magic DUO. NEVER take melatonin- it messes up your hormones and metabolism so much (it's illegal to sell OTC in many countries!)
