Why I read on the treadmill!

The reason I read is the same as why some people watch Netflix while walking, it’s a distraction!! I also make it a rule to only read books related to self progression or my faith. Before you know it, thirty minutes have passed.

Also, the only place I have been able to focus enough to read is at the gym. I rarely read at my home so this is a way to work it into my routine!
