Quad focused leg day!

Lacked the motivation today! I spent majority of the day cleaning and doing laundry. Mondays are definitely a cleaning day for me! Anyone else?

Starting out with leg press got me in the zone for leg day! Give this workout a try if you’re lacking motivation! I felt so strong and I made myself proud pushing through!
