This is my 6 day weekly workout split. May seem unrealistic for beginners at the gym BUT you can pick a 2-3 days from here, then add more days until you feel more comfortable!
I have the luxury of living walking distance from my gym! This helps me stay on track with my weekly goals. Mental motivation is a huge part of it too! Sometimes creating a fun playlist or picking out cute workout outfits can push me to go to a good workout in 💪🏾
Just remember baby steps :)
