Family Favorite Stroganoff 😋

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground Beef

• 1/2 pkg Pasta of choice, suggestions: Fusilli, Rotini, about 400g

• 1 medium onion, chopped, chopped

• 2 cans sliced Mushrooms (optional)

• 2 cans Mushroom Soup

• 1/2 cup to 1 cup Sour Cream

• Salt and Pepper, to taste

Brown your burger with the onions. When cooked make sure you dump out the grease. Then you’re going to want to add the soups and sour cream, salt and pepper. Sometimes I add one can of water to make it a little more creamy. Cook over medium to low heat for about 25-30 minutes. While that is cooking you’re going to want to boiling noodles. After 25-30 minutes it will be ready to eat. Can either mix noodles in or just let people top their noodles with as much as they want.
