Homemade Beef Stroganoff

Husband said this was one of the BEST meals I’d ever made. And IT WAS SO EASY!!

Ingredients:

* 1lb ground beef

* 1 tsp Tony’s

* 1 tsp garlic powder

* 1 tsp onion powder

* 1 small onion

* 1 can cream of mushroom

* 1 pack Liptons onion soup mix

* 1 pack reduced sodium brown gravy

* 1 1/2 cups of beef broth

* 1 large tbsp of sour cream

* 1/4 cup heavy cream (feel free to use milk)

* 1/2 bag of egg noodles

Directions:

* Dice onion and add it and ground beef, Tony’s and garlic and onion powder to pan. Then, combine and cook until beef is browned.

* While beef is browning, bring a pot of water to a boil.

* Combine cream of mushroom, soup and gravy mixes and broth in a bowl. Then pour over beef.

* Once your mixture is beginning to boil, add heavy cream and sour cream and lower heat.

* Add egg noodles to boiling water and cook for about 6 minutes. Then, add noodles to the beef and sauce mixture.
