How I cleared my acne scars

The only thing worse than acne is the scars that are left behind. I mostly deal with post inflammatory erythema which means my acne marks are more reddish/pinkish vs. hyperpigmentation which is brownish. So these product recommendations are more geared towards PIE.

You have to have a balance of targeted serums and products that will soothe and protect your skin.

Serums:

Dieux Deliverance: This is my holy grail serum. It contains niacinamide, cannabinoid complex, and peptides. It’s a really lightweight serum and it’s so soothing. Nothing has worked better at getting rid of my red acne marks.

isClinical ProHeal Serum: This is an antioxidant rich serum that contains vitamin C. It is a gentle vitamin C though so you don’t have to worry about irritation. It’s so effective!

Anua Heartleaf Serum: I love using this just for hydration and it’s also super soothing and calming.

Barrier Protection:

The Ren Evercalm line is amazing. You can feel an immediate difference in your skin barrier the morning after you use these products. I find that putting these products over my acne scars help heal them faster.

The Avene Cicalfate Restorative protective cream is a simple thick moisturizer and I usually just like to add it on top of my regular moisturizer on dry or red areas.
