These bagels are made with only 6 ingredients and only take 12 minutes to bake!

🤍Mozzarella cheese

🤍Cream cheese

🤍Baking powder

🤍Almond flour

🤍Eggs

🤍Olive Oil

-Preheat oven to 400°F

-Pour the shredded mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese into a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir. Using 30 second increments, stir well until the cheeses are completely melted and smooth.

-Whisk together the almond flour and baking powder. Add the almond flour mixture and eggs to the melted cheese and stir well and quickly so your eggs don’t scramble from the heat of the cheese.

-Drizzle a little olive oil on the dough and knead by hand until it is completely smooth and all ingredients are incorporated.

-Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

-Divide your dough into 4 parts and form the dough into a bagel, and place it on the cookie sheet.

-Add your topping (optional)

-Bake the bagels at 400F for 12 minutes, until golden brown.
