What do you get at Hai Di Lao? 😋

Had Hai Di Lao for lunch today! One of the most popular (but expensive) hotpot places in SG! 😛 We visited the outlet at Century Square, opted for two soup bases - Mala & San Xian (shrimp flavour)

Are you ever spoilt for choice at a hotpot place? 😆 I can never decide what to order because all of the options look SO GOOD! I just want to eat everything 😂 For the meats, we ordered the black pork and sliced pork belly 🥩 The pork was so good, just how I remembered them to be - premium quality!

Moving on, we ordered our sides, namely scallops, cabbage, enoki mushrooms, quail eggs, cod fillets, chives dumplings 🤤 My favourites would have to be the scallops and enoki mushrooms 👍🏻 These were just some of the orders that we had!

As for fried options, we got luncheon meat and fried mantou! I LOVE FRIED MANTOU! They are one of the dishes that I would definitely get if I see it on the menu, especially when dipped in that condensed milk... 😍😍😍 So good!!

I would give a solid 8/10 for this HDL lunch that I had because I don't usually eat HDL often (due to it's price) but the food here always good 😁 They have multiple outlets across SG and if you haven't tried HDL, it's time to give it a shot! ☺️
