Whipped this up using anything I could find in my parents fridge and it turned out INSANELY DELISH! I’m a fan of remixing my fave protein packed meals to keep them interesting - this did the trick.
All you need is 8-9 hard boiled eggs, mayo of choice, mustard of choice (i used one that had a little horseradish and the flavor was delish), a few chopped pickle spears, couple handfuls of chopped banana peppers and a small handful of chopped parsley. Lots of salt and pepper to season and you’re good to go!
