Are you ready for the best sleep of your life? When I need a big sleep reset, I do this nighttime routine and it never disappoints 💤

1. Light up my favorite candle

The one I am using currently is the Dreamer from Target ($10)

2. Take a hot bath or shower

It really helps relaxing your whole body. You can add some bubble bath in it or use a shower steamer if you are taking a shower

3. Install a head rest

I used to HATE baths SO MUCH! To me they were so uncomfortable because resting my head and back against the shower tub was cold and would hurt so bad 💀 so installing a head rest was truly a game changer!

4. Step up your bath tray

Add all the products you will be using during the bath and after, you can also add you ipad to watch a show or listen to music, add a little drink, ...

5. Change into something comfy

For me it's a satin robe, I have never found something as comfortable as this. No linings, no hard fabric, just a piece of satin against my body. It's perfect!

6. Apply some body & hair oil

The one I use is the SAFA vanillé oil. It's a body & hair oil infused with Vanilla & jasmine petals 😍

7. Skincare routine

Take it slow and enjoy every step ❤️ you are taking care of YOU! You'll feel like a baby afterwards

8. Bedtime fragrance

I can't be the only one who has bedtime perfumes. You know, those you only wear at home after your shower and before going to sleep 🌸

9. A warm herbal tea

I highly suggest trying lavender or chamomile tea as they have sedative effects 🌿
